Our lifetime guarantee means that for the life of your SummerEyez (3 years), if there is a manufacturing fault we are more then happy to send you out a replacement pair.
1. LIFETIME GUARANTEE: On top of SummerEyez 30 Day Returns Period, all SummerEyez products come with a long, Lifetime Guarantee. The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
- Defects caused by improper use of the sunglasses
- Any sunglasses that were purchased second hand or without a proof of purchase directly from SummerEyez
- Cosmetic damage. Any bumps, scratches, scuffs or general wear and tear generated from using and wearing the sunglasses, and have no impact on how the sunglasses are used or its functionality.

2. LIFETIME PROMISE: We stand by our community and offer also a Lifetime Promise to our customers. All of our sunglasses are also covered by our Lifetime Promise.
This means, if you manage to break them, shatter them, loose them, run them over, severely scratch them or if the dog ate your sunnies, we still guarantee them for life! Anything not covered under a manufactures default (i.e. you're at fault - accidents do happen!) - we will replace them for you at a heavily discounted rate. Only valid once per purchase (can't be used on a replacement pair of sunglasses).
3. Shipping is free within Australia for all pickups or deliveries needed to get your sunglasses back to normal (once per purchase). There will be a $20 fee for all international pickups and deliveries.
4. If your sunglasses needs replacing, a replacement pair may be provided in a different colour from the sunglasses you originally purchased depending on stock availability and immediate need for replacement.
5. For any limited edition stock, SummerEyez guarantees only replacement of a product with equal retail value and does not guarantee exact replacement of the same limited edition stock item (as they would have likely sold out).
