30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

Not feeling the vibes? No worries!

We are confident you’ll love your SummerEyez, so we stand behind a 30 day risk free trial for our customers. 

Try any of our sunglasses for 30 days. If you're not fully satisfied, we will arrange for you to send it back, free of charge (in Australia), for a full refund.

If applicable, anything purchased not at full price (e.g. discounted items or if a discount code is used), received after 30 days or not in original condition and original packaging will be issued as a Merchandise Credit available to be used at www.summereyez.com.

Any product that is marked "Final Sale" on the product page is not subject to our returns policy. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All international returns (outside of Australia) are subject to a $20 AUD return shipping fee deducted from your refund.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Request a return by simply emailing us at support@summereyez.com. We will get back to you with packaging and return details.

*PLEASE NOTE: 

  • SummerEyez Sunglasses must be in the original condition they were sent out to you, including the packaging (we have the right to reject a refund if the sunglasses or packaging are damaged)
  • SummerEyez will cover the cost of the return shipping fee within Australia once per 12 month period on full priced items only.
  • If you return sunglasses which were purchased with a discount code, or if the price was already marked down, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for both a return or exchange.
  • If you return more than once during a 12 month period, you are responsible for the shipping fee for both a return or exchange.
  • All international returns (outside of Australia) are subject to a $20 AUD return shipping fee deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds which we have identified as fraudulent.
  • Any damaged items that you received are covered by SummerEyez Lifetime Guarantee. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of your SummerEyez sunglasses. Send to support@summereyez.com immediately, and we will organise the return,  exchange or store credit.
  • We're NOT responsible for SummerEyez sunglasses delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping info twice before ordering.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked "FINAL SALE" on the product page are final and are not subject to our Returns Policy. They still however come with our lifetime guarantee and can be exchanged for store credit if faulty.
